Samsung Electronics Service "Ranks No.1 in Service Quality Again"
Service Quality Index AS Quality Overall 1st Place
Industry's First Customer Delight Call Center Selected
Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 19th that it was selected as the No. 1 company in electronic product AS quality in the customer contact sector of the Korea Productivity Center Consulting's '2023 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI)'.
In this year's evaluation, it received the highest scores in engineer expertise and excellent service infrastructure. It ranked first for 13 consecutive years in home appliance AS and 12 consecutive years in mobile and IT AS. This result comes from a professional evaluation team experiencing and assessing services of 145 companies across 36 industries quarterly. Samsung Electronics Service stated, "We have never lost the No. 1 position since the survey began."

It also ranked first in mobile phone, home appliance, and computer AS quality in the '2023 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI)' announced by the Korea Standards Association on the 6th.
Samsung Electronics Service announced that it is focusing on improving the core element of service quality, the 'engineer customer service (CS) capability.' Professional CS consultants such as consumer counselors and CS leaders visit service centers nationwide to provide CS training and customer response consulting. They offer 1:1 customized solutions to service engineers to enhance customer satisfaction.
