GS Retail announced on the 16th that it delivered emergency relief supplies to disaster victims and relief workers in the Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk regions severely affected by the recent heavy rain.

The emergency relief supplies, including 3,000 bottles of water, Choco Pies, and energy bars, were provided to the Chungbuk branch of the Korean Red Cross, Yeongju City Hall, and Yecheon County Sports Center. These supplies were distributed to approximately 2,000 disaster victims and 100 relief workers in areas affected by the heavy rain, such as Cheongju, Goesan, Jecheon, Yeongju, Bonghwa, Yecheon, and Mungyeong.
GS Retail plans to consider additional support as the damage from the monsoon and heavy rain is expected to spread to more areas.
