Gangnam Academy District 'Drug Drink' Main Suspect Korean Arrested by Public Security
Lee, the main suspect who distributed so-called 'drug drinks' in the Gangnam academy district of Seoul, was arrested in China.
According to the National Police Agency on the 12th, Lee, a Korean in his 20s, was reportedly detained by Chinese public security on May 24.
The police identified circumstances indicating that Lee stayed in China, planned the crime, and instructed domestic and international members to manufacture and distribute the drug drinks.
Lee is presumed to be a middleman in a voice phishing organization based in China.

He informed acquaintances and family that he was going to China to participate in voice phishing crimes and departed in October of last year.
