Mavrex to Burn Approximately 670 Million MBX Coins on the 19th
Netmarble's blockchain specialized subsidiary MARBLEX announced that it will burn approximately 670 million MBX coins on the 19th as part of the tokenomics restructuring.
The coins to be burned account for about 67% of the total 1 billion coins issued by MARBLEX, which have no announced usage plans.
From the 4th to the 10th, MARBLEX conducted a vote on the official community and voting site among membership NFT 'Marblership' and MBX coin holders regarding the burn. The burn was decided based on overwhelming support, with 99% of participants voting in favor.
Approximately 670 million MBX coins will be fully burned on the 19th after prior disclosure of burn-related information on blockchain disclosure platforms such as CoinMarketCap, Zangle, and the official MBX community.
