Namwon City in Jeonbuk is attracting attention by producing a promotional video for traditional lacquer woodcraft using a power YouTuber for the first time in the city.
According to the city on the 10th, this video was created to promote Namwon's lacquer woodcraft and features Korean and English subtitles for both domestic and international audiences interested in K-traditional culture.

The video, structured to introduce the excellence of Namwon lacquer woodcraft through woodworking experiences, has received great response, recording 9,500 views within three weeks of posting.
The city plans to actively utilize social media (SNS) such as Instagram and Naver blog reporters by producing card news on various traditional industries including woodenware, tableware, and fans to promote the city's diverse traditional industries.
A city official stated, “We will continue to make efforts to widely promote Namwon’s valuable traditional industries not only domestically but also internationally through various online media so that traditional industries can be revitalized.”
