Daewoong Pharmaceutical Conducts Fair Trade Compliance Program Training
Daewoong Pharmaceutical announced on the 7th that it conducted a Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) training both online and offline on the 3rd at its headquarters Bear Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, targeting all employees engaged in sales and related duties for the second half of 2023.

The training, led by attorney Shin Ki-hyun of Wins Law Firm, was themed "Compliance Issue Review for Establishing a Proper Internal Compliance Culture" and covered ▲ characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry from a legal perspective ▲ rebate regulations and eradication measures ▲ major issues such as the CSO (Contract Sales Organization) reporting system and expenditure report preparation obligations following the amendment of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
In particular, the training emphasized the interpretation and compliance methods of the Fair Competition Agreement and the procedures for preparing expenditure reports. These contents are expected to serve as key guidelines for Daewoong Pharmaceutical employees' future sales and marketing activities.
