Payment of Utility Bills via Remote Control Operation and Mobile Phone Authentication
Hana Bank is launching a service that allows payment of utility bills through SK Broadband's 'Btv'.
On the 7th, Hana Bank announced that it will start this 'TV Utility Bill Payment' pilot service to provide convenience for senior customers.
Accordingly, customers using SK Broadband's 'Btv' can easily check and pay living utility bills such as ▲national taxes ▲local taxes ▲the four major insurances ▲electricity bills through TV screen remote control operation and mobile phone authentication.
To launch this service, Hana Bank collaborated with Hana Financial Convergence Technology Institute to conduct preliminary tests targeting users aged 65 and older, and then designed the user experience (UX).
