Maserati Enhances Customer Loyalty with Launch of Membership Program

Maserati announced the launch of its first-ever brand membership program, Tridente.
The brand's first integrated loyalty program, Tridente, incorporates key elements such as article storytelling, exclusive Maserati content, and previews of new products into an application (app). It is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The tiers are divided into three levels based on brand loyalty. There is the Blue tier for all Maserati fans, the Platinum tier for owners of the GranTurismo, MC20, and MC20 Cielo Spider, and the Diamond tier exclusively for owners of limited edition models like the ‘Project 24’.
Blue members can access exclusive articles in the app and preview special merchandise collections. Platinum members enjoy private tours of the Modena factory, genuine accessories, travelogues, and early access to limited edition car collections. Diamond members are invited to racing events such as the Formula E e-Prix and Monterey Car Week, or receive private consultations for custom-made vehicles.
