Jeonbuk Province and the Jeonbuk Economic and Trade Promotion Agency (Director Lee Hyun-woong, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Agency), which operates the Jeonbuk Small Business Wide-area Support Center (hereinafter referred to as the Wide-area Support Center), announced on the 5th that they are recruiting companies capable of online sales to participate in the 'WEMAKEPRICE Special Planning Exhibition Support Project.'
The two organizations collaborated with WEMAKEPRICE Co., Ltd. to support direct sales by small business owners in the province.
This recruitment is supported as part of the 'Small Business Owners Non-face-to-face Management Transition Support Project,' targeting small business owners in the province who are capable of online sales and operate in agricultural, fishery, and livestock product wholesale and retail, food and beverage manufacturing, and restaurant industries.
The Promotion Agency plans to select six small business owners in the province through application submissions. They will support one live broadcast and assist with broadcast exposure and sales. To this end, they will provide support worth approximately 6 million KRW per company, including special exhibition production and promotional activities. The sales period will last until November, with expectations for promotional effects through the sales exhibition. Participating companies' self-burden costs include 10% of the tax amount of Jeonbuk Province's support fund and sales commissions.
Director Lee Hyun-woong said, "In line with the rapidly changing digital era, this is a great opportunity to expand the online sales base of small business owners in the province and to enable direct online sales through live broadcast production support. We hope that the non-face-to-face management transition support project will lead to increased sales through online and offline promotion of small business owners in the province."
