The Jangchung-dong Committee for Right Living (Chairman Yoon Sang-cheol) in Jung-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Gil-seong) invited over 170 low-income residents and elderly people ahead of the early summer heat period to serve them samgyetang.
Hotel Shilla (President Han In-gyu) sponsored the samgyetang, and Able Hyundai Hotel & Resort (CEO Choi Jong-yoon) sponsored souvenirs, adding warmth to the event.
District Mayor Kim Gil-seong visited Shingwang Church that day to personally serve samgyetang and wished the elderly a healthy summer.
