TmaxTibero Obtains GS Certification Grade 1 for Two of Its Products
TmaxTibero announced on the 4th that two of its products have obtained GS Certification Grade 1. The GS Certification system is a software quality certification framework by the Korea Information and Communication Technology Association (TTA), based on international standards, evaluating functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, and security.
The software products from TmaxTibero that received GS Certification Grade 1 this time are the open-source DBMS (Database Management System) platform ‘Tmax OpenSQL’ and the DB monitoring solution ‘SysMasterDB 8’.
‘Tmax OpenSQL’ is an open-source DBMS platform developed based on TmaxTibero’s commercial DBMS experience and technical support know-how. It resolves concerns such as operational stability and technical issue response when adopting open-source DBMS, providing companies transitioning to open source with a commercially stable operating environment and technical support services.
‘SysMasterDB 8’ is a database performance monitoring and analysis solution that was upgraded and released last year, optimized for the cloud from its previous on-premises focused version. It was recognized for enabling efficient DBMS management by analyzing real-time operational status and causes of failures, earning GS Certification. Currently, it is available for use in TmaxTibero’s flagship DBMS environment ‘Tibero’, with plans to gradually expand applicable databases.
Simultaneously with obtaining GS Certification, registration for procurement of the two products is being pursued. Through procurement registration, TmaxTibero expects to rapidly expand its products in the public cloud market and play a significant role in the digital transformation of public institutions as a domestic native software.
