EY Hanyoung Announces 2023 Regular Partner-Level Promotions... Six Female Partners Appointed

EY Hanyoung announced on the 3rd that it has carried out its regular partner-level personnel appointments for 2023.

This personnel appointment was made focusing on talents who have strengthened their core competitiveness in areas such as audit, tax, financial advisory, and consulting amid the rapidly changing global business environment, and who possess the capability to discover new opportunities even in uncertain market conditions.

Lee Bokhan was appointed as the new Head of the Market Division, and Yoo Insang was appointed as the new Head of the Management Support Division. Two individuals, Bae Sangil from the Audit Division and Park Sangeun from the Strategy and Financial Advisory Division, were promoted to vice presidents. Sixteen people including Kang Seokhun, Kim Donggil, Kwon Kyuhan, Kim Jinyong, Shim Changyong, Oh Gwancheol, Oh Jaeyoung, Yoo Jungho, Lee Geunhee, Lee Sangbeom, Lee Yuchang, Jeong Yongho, Jo Baegun, Choi Dongwook, Han Doheon, and Hong Woochul were promoted to executive directors.

A total of 40 partner-level promotions were made, of which 33 were appointed as partners, 6 as executive directors, and 1 as director of the Management Support Division.

A notable point of this personnel appointment is the selection of six female executives whose performance, capabilities, and expertise have been verified to lead high growth and drive organizational change and innovation. Additionally, promotions were made in the Management Support Division to strengthen internal capabilities in line with the company’s continuous growth.
