‘Screen Golf Emperor’ Kim Hong-taek claimed his 11th victory in a screen golf tournament.
He won the 2023 Shinhan Investment Corp. G Tour 4th tournament held at Golfzon Joymaru in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon on the 1st, finishing at 15 under par. This marks his 11th win on the G Tour, with a prize of 15 million won. He is now just one win behind Choi Min-wook, who holds the record for the most wins on the tour with 12. Choi Min-wook and Son Beom-jun tied for second place at 14 under par.

Kim Hong-taek won the 2017 Korean Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) Korean Tour Busan Open. This year, he has also been actively participating in Korean Tour events, including finishing 18th in last month’s Descente Korea Match Play. Kim said, "I did not expect to win since it has been a while since I last played in a screen golf tournament," adding, "I will continue to showcase play that bridges both screen and field golf."

The G Tour 4th tournament was held at Naejangsan Country Club using Golfzon’s TVision Pro Tour mode. A total of 64 players competed in a 36-hole stroke play format to determine the winner.
