Uljin-gun Family Center Recruiting Participants for Picture Psychological Counseling for Infants and Children
The Uljin-gun Family Center in Gyeongbuk (Director: Jangchul Lee) will recruit participants for the 'Children's Drawing Psychological Counseling' program starting this July, following last year.

View original imageThe Children's Drawing Psychological Counseling project is designed to observe children's emotional status through drawings and support caregivers' emotions and psychology by assessing parenting stress (KPSS). The aim is to reduce parenting stress among parents of infants and young children and prevent child abuse within the home. This project is carried out with the support of the Hanul 2 Plant Division of KEPCO KPS (Director: Donghoon Kwak, Chairman: Jeongseop Jeon) Hanmaeum Volunteer Group.
Parents raising infants and young children aged 3 to 5 years in Uljin-gun are eligible to apply for this program. Applications can be submitted starting July 1 through membership registration on the Uljin-gun Family Center website.

The program is limited to the first 150 families on a first-come, first-served basis, and all assessments are provided free of charge. This year, 15 families who complete the assessment will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis to receive an approximately 30-minute in-depth telephone counseling session, followed by an emotional support grant of 100,000 KRW.
