On the 27th, the Pyeongtaek Port Authority announced on the 29th that it held a Pyeongtaek Port briefing session at the Pyeongtaek Port Promotion Center, inviting representatives from 24 companies, including members of the Hwaseong Area Export Companies Association.
The briefing session was organized to focus on introducing Pyeongtaek Port's corporate support policies, such as logistics cost support projects and cargo attraction incentives, to secure new cargo volume for Pyeongtaek Port.
The attending companies boarded the port guide ship to tour the industrial sites of Pyeongtaek Port, and then received explanations at the Pyeongtaek Port Promotion Center regarding Pyeongtaek Port's competitiveness, port development plans, and corporate support policies.
Kim Seok-gu, President of the Pyeongtaek Port Authority, emphasized, "We will strive to develop Pyeongtaek Port into the optimal port for companies to reduce logistics costs and pioneer overseas markets by harmonizing the geographical proximity of Pyeongtaek Port with corporate support policies."
