aT, $4.88 Million Export Consultations
The Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) announced on the 28th that it held the 'K-Food Fair' event in Jakarta, Indonesia, for four days from the 22nd to the 25th to commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Indonesia.
At this event, a total of 58 buyer companies, including those from Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand, were invited to Jakarta to hold consultations with 35 excellent domestic K-food export companies. As a result, the 'Business-to-Business (B2B) Export Consultation Meeting' recorded a total of 477 consultations and export consultation achievements worth 48 million USD. Additionally, focusing on items that received positive responses such as citrus fruits, noodles, beverages, and soju, 20 on-site Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and export contracts worth 5 million USD were signed.

aT plans to use this event as an opportunity to intensively promote representative K-food export items such as kimchi, ramen, tteokbokki, beverages, and snacks to local consumers who are highly interested in K-culture.
