Heo Eun-ah: "Distribution of Private Sexual Relationship Videos is a Crime... Will Prevent Overseas Spread"
Regarding the illegal leak of private videos of professional soccer player Hwang Ui-jo, Heo Eun-ah, a member of the People Power Party, raised her voice, stating that "distributing private sexual videos is a clear crime."
On the 27th, through her social media (SNS), Representative Heo said, "Even if the player is found to be the perpetrator of illegal filming, the fact that he is a victim of illegal distribution does not change."

The distributor of the video also claimed that Hwang had relationships with multiple women and had been gaslighting (manipulating others' psychology) them. Representative Heo responded, saying, "'Gaslighting,' a psychological term, is being indiscriminately misused, which is a point that needs to be discussed," and added, "This approach does not help actual victims of gaslighting at all."

Representative Heo stated, "According to the which I proposed and passed in 2021, an organization within the Korea Communications Standards Commission was established to cooperate with overseas operators and authorities to delete original information," and added, "Since the player has also been active overseas, we will check to prevent the damage from spreading abroad."
