The movie 'Concrete Utopia' is set to be released on August 9, Lotte Entertainment announced on the 23rd.
'Concrete Utopia' (directed by Eom Tae-hwa), adapted from the webtoon 'Cheerful Neighbors,' the second part of Kim Soong-nyung's 2014 webtoon 'Cheerful Outcast,' depicts a story that begins as survivors gather in the only remaining Hwanggung Apartment in Seoul, which has been reduced to ruins by a massive earthquake.
