Korea Exchange to Conduct New Employee Recruitment... Applications Accepted Until Next Month 10
The Korea Exchange announced on the 21st that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees starting from the 23rd.
This year, the recruitment period has been moved up by about two months compared to previous years, with applications accepted from the 23rd of this month until the 10th of next month. The written exam will be held on the 29th of next month, and after the first and second interviews, the final successful candidates are expected to be announced around October.
The recruitment scale is approximately 51 general positions (regular employees) (up to 56 if considering an additional selection of up to 10% outside the quota for non-metropolitan area talents).
The recruitment fields include four areas: Management/Economics (28), Law (6), Mathematics/Statistics (8), and IT (9). There are no restrictions on academic background or major, and applicants can choose to take the written exam in one of six subjects: Business Administration, Economics, Law, Mathematics, Statistics, or IT. For the convenience of applicants, the written exam will be held in both Seoul and Busan.
The Exchange stated that it will maintain a blind recruitment process and a regional talent recruitment target system, considering a competency-based hiring approach and the selection of outstanding regional talents. The regional talent recruitment target system is a policy where if the proportion of successful regional candidates falls below 25% at each selection stage, additional successful candidates outside the quota will be accepted to fill the shortfall.
