Geumcheon-gu Supports 'Seoul-style Household Services' for 300 Households
Providing household services such as home visit cleaning, dishwashing, garbage disposal, and laundry
Targeting pregnant households, dual-income households, and multi-child households with income below 150% of the median
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) is recruiting users for the ‘Seoul-type Household Service’ from June 27 to July 6 to reduce the burden of housework for pregnant women, dual-income, and multi-child families.
The support targets households residing in Geumcheon-gu with income below 150% of the median, including pregnant households, dual-income households, and multi-child households, with a total support scale of 300 households. Especially, households where the individual or family members suffer from disabilities, illnesses, etc., causing a care gap, will be given priority selection.
Without any personal payment, household helpers dispatched by the service provider will visit homes and provide household services such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing a total of 6 times per household (4 hours per session).
To apply for the service, register as a member on the Family Seoul or Seoul-type Household Service website, complete the self-diagnosis and consent to provide personal information, and apply online. Supporting documents must be attached when applying.
