KB Securities Opens 'AI Financial Consultation System' Service
KB Securities announced on the 20th that it has launched the ‘AI Financial Consultation System’ service based on AI (artificial intelligence) technology to prevent incomplete sales and strengthen financial consumer protection.
The ‘AI Financial Consultation System’ is a service that applies AI innovative technologies such as ▲TTS (Text-To-Speech) ▲STT (Speech-To-Text) ▲TA (Text Analytics) to enhance customer satisfaction during financial product consultation and sales processes at branches.
KB Securities has automated the essential information and key explanations about products that customers must be informed of when visiting branches for financial product consultations using TTS (speech synthesis) technology. Additionally, starting from the end of August, the system will provide a function to save consultation details with customers as text through STT (speech recognition) technology and notify in real-time whether incomplete sales have occurred using TA (text analytics) technology.
KB Securities expects the ‘AI Financial Consultation System’ to help prevent incomplete sales of financial products. When financial institutions sell financial products, they are required to inform customers of essential details such as the product’s profit structure and the possibility of principal loss. Through the ‘AI Financial Consultation System,’ these essential details can be automated, minimizing employees’ omissions or incorrect guidance.
