Samsung Seoul Hospital Cell and Gene Therapy Research Institute to Host International Symposium on the 23rd
The Cell and Gene Therapy Research Institute at Samsung Medical Center announced on the 19th that it will hold the "10th International Symposium" online starting at 9 a.m. on the 23rd.
At this symposium, domestic and international experts in stem cell regenerative medicine as well as cell and gene therapy research will engage in academic exchanges covering everything from basic research to translational research and clinical applications aimed at overcoming intractable and rare diseases.
Notably, world-renowned scholars including Professor David Williams from Harvard Medical School, Professor Mustafa Sahin, and Professor Anthony E. Oro from Stanford University will be featured speakers.
Director Jang Yunsil stated, "We expect this symposium to be very helpful for researchers in stem cell regenerative medicine and cell and gene therapy in Korea," adding, "We ask for active participation from related researchers."
