The Lotte Duty Free Family Concert is a representative K-culture event hosted by Lotte Duty Free since 2006 to attract tourists, having accumulated over 1 million viewers. This year's Family Concert was held over three days from the 16th to the 18th at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Songpa-gu, Seoul. During the event, approximately 30,000 domestic customers and multinational tourists from China, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the United States, and Europe enjoyed the concert.
On the first day, the 16th, top-tier domestic idols such as NCT Dream, Stray Kids, STAYC, aespa, Kingdom, and Lee Chaeyeon delivered dazzling performances. On the second day, the 17th, talented K-pop singers including Sung Si-kyung, Gummy, Crush, Jeok Jae, and ITZY captivated the audience with their outstanding vocal skills. The final day, the 18th, was dedicated to a K-trot special, heating up the stage with performances by Young Tak, Lee Chan-won, Jang Min-ho, Jang Yoon-jung, Jin Si-mon, and Song Ga-in.
Notably, over 5,000 large-scale foreign tourists from China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East visited Korea to attend this Family Concert. This was planned to celebrate the '2023-2024 Visit Korea Year,' with Lotte Duty Free collaborating with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Visit Korea Committee, and the Korea Tourism Organization to allow visitors to enjoy Korea’s tourist attractions along with shopping and culture. Lotte affiliates such as Lotte Corporation, Lotte JTB, Lotte World, and Lotte Cultureworks actively promoted Lotte Group’s tourism infrastructure through promotional zones and video screenings.

This year’s Family Concert tickets sold out faster than in previous years, reflecting high customer interest. Lotte Duty Free provided customized fans as souvenirs to the audience and operated an event zone where visitors could win aespa album CDs as prizes, offering various enjoyable experiences. In partnership with the nonprofit organization Together Love Field, 200 vulnerable individuals were invited on the first day of the concert, adding a meaningful sharing aspect.
Lotte Duty Free explained that, as this concert was the first offline event held in about four years since COVID-19, thorough preparations were made to ensure the safety of attendees. An instructional video detailing emergency evacuation routes was produced and broadcast in four languages, and ambulances and paramedics were stationed in case of emergencies. Anti-lost bracelets were distributed, and all staff received prior training to respond promptly to any emergency situations.
