Establishing a Mature Companion Animal Culture and Creating a Pet-Friendly City
Busan City will hold the Busan Animal Love Cultural Festival ‘2023 With Pet Star’ at the Busan Cinema Center for two days from the 17th to the 18th.
‘2023 With Pet Star’ is a pet festival held in Busan for the first time in three years since the ‘2020 Busan Animal Love Ontact Cultural Festival,’ which was held on a small scale to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in 2020.
This year’s ‘2023 With Pet Star’ is expected to present a variety of specialized programs unique to Busan that both pet owners and prospective pet owners can enjoy.

In particular, the ‘My Pet Vacation’ program held on the evening of the 17th (scheduled for 7:30 PM) is a special program in collaboration with the Busan Tourism Organization, where participants can experience a night view tour on a city bus that allows pets on board.
The ‘Pet Plogging’ and ‘My Pet Vacation’ programs are conducted for pre-registered participants, while various other programs are open to anyone on-site without prior registration.

The opening ceremony of the 2023 With Pet Star will be held at 11 AM on the 17th on the main stage of the Busan Cinema Center, with animal protection organization leaders attending to celebrate the event.
