To assess the payment ability of child support debtors and shorten litigation periods, the Ministry will establish grounds for income and asset inquiries without the debtor's consent, and strengthen sanctions such as expanding driver's license suspension targets for non-custodial parents who willfully fail to pay child support, aiming to increase the rate of debt fulfillment.
