Gyeonggi Job Foundation to Hold 'Job Counselor Workshop' in Suwon on the 13th
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held a session to communicate with job counselors across the province.
On the 14th, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced that it held the 'City and County Job Center Job Counselors Workshop' for 31 cities and counties in the province at the Novotel Ambassador in Suwon on the 13th.
The workshop was planned to strengthen the job competencies and boost the morale of job counselors affiliated with provincial, city, and county job centers, as well as to activate an information exchange network for improving the performance of cities and counties and ensuring smooth project operations.
The main events included ▲ enhancing understanding of future industrial changes ▲ sharing insights on the latest recruitment trends ▲ communication and empathy on ways to find personal happiness ▲ and reducing work-related stress.
The Gyeonggi Job Foundation expects this workshop to help advance counseling skills and greatly assist communication with the residents of the province.
The Gyeonggi Job Foundation is also planning workshops for more city and county job center counselors in the second half of this year to mark 'Job Counselors Day' (in November).
