Diablo 4 Surpasses $666 Million in Revenue Just 5 Days After Release
Blizzard Entertainment announced on the 13th that Diablo 4 surpassed $666 million (approximately 854 billion KRW) in sales within 5 days of its release, marking the highest launch sales in Blizzard's history.
Diablo 4 was released on the 6th. During the first 5 days after launch, players spent a total of 276 million hours playing Diablo 4. This amounts to nearly 30,000 years.
Since early access, Diablo 4 players have defeated 276 billion demons, which is about 35 times the global population. Players experienced over 316 million defeats, and among them, only 163 players reached the highest level in Hardcore mode, where characters permanently die upon death.
