Following 12 Billion, Another 8.3 Billion... Singer Park Hyoshin Purchases Building in Hannam-dong
Singer Park Hyo-shin, who purchased a building in Hannam-dong, Seoul for 12 billion KRW last year, has been confirmed to have bought another nearby building for 8.3 billion KRW.
According to a report by Maeil Business Newspaper on the 12th, Park Hyo-shin purchased a building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul under the corporation name 'Heobigeuharo'. According to the certified copy of the register, ownership of this building was transferred on May 31 last year, and the sales contract was signed on October 10 of the same year.
This location is adjacent to another building Park Hyo-shin purchased in Hannam-dong. In July last year, he bought a three-story multi-family house for 12 billion KRW. The ownership transfer registration date for that building was December 20 last year. The land area is 330㎡ (approximately 99.82 pyeong), and the total floor area is 658.56㎡ (approximately 199.21 pyeong).
Having purchased two buildings in Hannam-dong for a total of 20.3 billion KRW, Park Hyo-shin appears to have bought them entirely in cash without any mortgage registered on the certified copies. Both locations are near Park Hyo-shin’s office (Heobigeuharo).
Hannam-dong is a wealthy neighborhood equipped with the country’s top-tier residential facilities and infrastructure, such as Nine One Hannam and Hannam The Hill, and is expected to increase in value further.
Accordingly, the real estate industry anticipates that Park Hyo-shin will demolish the old buildings and construct new ones to increase the property value.
