Ha Jung-woo and Ju Ji-hoon Star in 'Bigongsik Jakjeon' Set for August Release
The movie 'Pirab' has changed its title to 'Unofficial Operation' and is set to hit theaters this summer.
Showbox announced on the 7th that the film 'Unofficial Operation' (directed by Kim Seong-hoon), starring actors Ha Jung-woo and Ju Ji-hoon, will be released in August.
The movie depicts the story of diplomat Min-jun, who travels to Lebanon to rescue a missing colleague, and local taxi driver Pansu.
Ha Jung-woo plays Min-jun, a gutsy underdog diplomat. With high hopes of being assigned to the United States if the operation succeeds, he heads to Lebanon to rescue a fellow diplomat who was reported alive after being missing for 20 months.
Ju Ji-hoon portrays Pansu, a Korean taxi driver in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, which is in the midst of a civil war. He is the only Korean who survived the intense civil war in Beirut and has a strong con artist streak. He accompanies Min-jun, who came to Lebanon alone without any support.
