Jin Air Conducts Job Training for Youth Independence Support with Paul Bassett
Jin Air and the coffee specialty store Paul Bassett announced on the 2nd that they jointly conducted a self-reliance support education program for youth at the Catholic Child and Youth Foundation located in Dong-gu, Incheon, on the afternoon of the 1st.
This program provides opportunities to improve the job skills of youth who wish to find employment. It aims to support their social advancement.
The training was held with about 10 participants, including internship students and officials from 'Cafe Rip (立)', operated by the Catholic Child and Youth Foundation. Jin Air imparted basic competencies necessary for service jobs, such as image making, communication with customers, and posture. Additionally, Paul Bassett provided practical knowledge and skills required for prospective baristas, including coffee bean roasting stages, flavor changes, and coffee extraction recipes.
Jin Air stated, "We hope this training will help youth establish a foundation to enter society and become self-reliant," and added, "We will continue to strengthen ESG activities to fulfill our corporate social responsibility."
