Seoul Dragon City announced on the 2nd that its Chinese restaurant 'FEI' will hold a summer energy recovery promotion called 'Boyang Sikbo (保養食譜)'.
This promotion features a total of 7 courses prepared using ingredients that combine taste and nutrition. Guests can enjoy 'Gobeop Buldodjang,' which is steamed for over 4 hours with Korean beef tendon, sea cucumber, and Ogolgae chicken, starting with dim sum, as well as 'Baekryeong Mushroom Abalone Steak,' and 'Peking Duck,' one of China's three great summer delicacies. The courses continue with 'Gobeop Dongchunghacho Min-eo,' made with croaker, a representative Korean health food, and 'Chinese Cold Noodles.' A special dessert is also served to finish the meal.
The Boyang Sikbo promotion runs until August 31 and is available for lunch and dinner. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. It is available for parties of two or more.
A Seoul Dragon City representative said, "Chef Yuk Hyangseong, who leads FEI, follows the philosophy of 'Uisik Dongwon (醫食同源 - medicine and food share the same origin),' and based on this, carefully prepares dishes beneficial to health. We hope guests will strengthen their energy and take care of their health during the summer through the Boyang Sikbo promotion."
