Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station's 'Visiting Fingerprint Pre-Registration' Receives Positive Response
Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station is gaining positive responses from parents by conducting activities to prevent missing children.
Gwangsan Police Station announced on the 25th that it recently provided an 'On-site Fingerprint Pre-registration Service' to 74 infants and toddlers at a local daycare center in observance of World Missing Children's Day.
Fingerprint pre-registration is a system that inputs fingerprints and photos of children under the age of 18 into the police profiling system in advance. It can be registered at nearby police stations, district units, or police boxes.
If visiting the police station is difficult, registration is also possible through the Safe Dream website and the Safe Dream app.
