Busan-Gyeongnam Region 6 Universities Consortium Holds ESG Activities Launch Ceremony
Students from six universities in the Busan-Gyeongnam region, including Dong-Eui University, Dongmyung University, Dongseo University, Silla University, Inje University, and Changwon National University, gathered in one place to practice ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
The six universities in the Busan-Gyeongnam area established a network in January 2023 to share and collaborate on the University Innovation Support Project. On the 19th, students participating in each university’s ESG practice programs held a launch ceremony under the theme “Together for ESG: E(love) S(throw) G(self)” at the PRIME Seminar Room in the Creative Hall of Dong-Eui University.
On this day, about 150 students from six universities, including social service club members and University Innovation Support Project supporters, participated. Throughout the year, they will engage in volunteer activities and environmental cleanup efforts as part of each university’s ESG programs.
Participants of the inauguration ceremony are taking a group commemorative photo.
