Food Tech App Pudinco Launches GPT-Based Conversational Wine 'ChatWine'
The food tech app ‘Pudinco’ announced the launch of ‘ChatWine,’ a GPT-based conversational wine recommendation service.
Pudinco is an F&B (food and beverage) mapping service that has grown alongside 500,000 followers. Along with highly trusted content accumulated over time, users can receive wine recommendations through free-flowing conversations with a chatbot using Pudinco’s proprietary wine recommendation data.
Pudinco is the first to integrate generative AI technology through a conversational chatbot in the wine service sector, which is characterized by high information asymmetry. Although various recommendation and purchase services for conventional wines have been launched domestically, there is no service that recommends natural wines based on a conversational chatbot.

Internally, we continuously improve the engine by developing conversation data with users and wine data.” He added, “Through ChatWine, we plan to collect users’ Zero Party Data, provide natural wine recommendations tailored to their preferences via natural chatbot conversations, and enhance the service to allow purchase and pickup.”
