DeepBlueDot, the developer of the generative AI-based customer feedback analysis solution 'Singclee,' announced on the 9th that it has secured 3.5 billion KRW in seed investment. This seed round was led by SoftBank Ventures. 500 Global (formerly 500 Startups), Fast Ventures, and Kim Dong-shin, CEO of Sendbird, also participated.
DeepBlueDot is a startup founded by the co-founders and early members of Suar Labs, which was acquired by Cognex in the United States for 230 billion KRW in 2019, marking the largest overseas M&A of a domestic tech startup. Based in Silicon Valley, USA, DeepBlueDot operates the AI-based customer feedback analysis solution 'Singclee.' Through the Singclee platform, companies can integrate and manage customer feedback from various channels. Additionally, they can receive insights on the expected impact when reflecting individual feedback, as well as insights for product development and service improvement.
