Suwon City Selects University Student Environmental Education Supporters 'Green Crew'
Suwon City is recruiting university student environmental education supporters called Green Crew.
View original imageThe city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 20 university student environmental education supporters called 'Green Crew' until the 19th of this month.
From next month until November, the Green Crew will engage in various environmental activities including ▲promoting environmental and environmental education-related content on SNS ▲volunteering for environmental education and conservation (3 times) ▲practicing and promoting carbon-neutral lifestyles.
Eligibility requirements include being a currently enrolled or on-leave student at a university (or graduate school) located in Suwon, or residing in Suwon while attending university (or graduate school).
Suwon City will issue certificates of completion to the Green Crew members and provide volunteer hours. Additionally, members will have opportunities to visit major corporations and environmental infrastructure facilities located in Suwon, and outstanding participants will receive awards.
The city will notify applicants of the selection results individually on the 26th. The Green Crew launch ceremony will be held on June 2nd.

A city official stated, "We hope that the activities of the Green Crew will help spread a culture of practicing carbon neutrality across university campuses."
