These media reported the scene where President Yoon begins singing at the request of U.S. President Joe Biden and his wife, and the audience giving a standing ovation, in the form of YouTube short videos called 'Shorts.'
Earlier, on the 26th of last month (local time), when asked to sing at the White House state dinner, President Yoon said, "It's been a while," and sang a few lines from the introduction of the song.
About 200 guests attending the dinner, including President Biden, cheered enthusiastically each time President Yoon sang a line.

Don McLean, upon seeing this, posted on his Facebook on the afternoon of the 27th of last month (Korean time) a YouTube video capturing the moment along with several foreign news articles.
He sent a statement to CNN and others saying, "I am honored to have been invited to the White House (dinner), but I was on an Australian tour so I could not attend," and "Watching the video of President Yoon singing yesterday, I wished I had been there."
