Gyeongnam National University held the appointment ceremony for the 21st Public Relations Ambassadors, ‘Solchan,’ on the 28th in the main building’s small conference room.
The 21st ‘Solchan’ Public Relations Ambassadors were selected through a preliminary document screening, first interview, camera test, and final interview. These students, who combine intelligence and passion, will serve as the face of the university and carry out various internal and external activities to promote the university.

View original imageThe newly selected 21st Public Relations Ambassadors are five students: Kim Jibeom (Department of Media and Visual Studies, 3rd year), Jo Youngjae (Department of Information and Communication AI Engineering, 3rd year), Gu Yeeun (Department of Tourism, 2nd year), Kwon Nahyun (Department of Home Economics Education, 2nd year), and Yoo Jin (Department of Security and Protection Studies, 1st year).
With this, the 2023 academic year Gyeongnam National University Public Relations Ambassadors total 18 members, including President Seong Jimin (Department of Nursing, 4th year).
They plan to actively promote the university’s excellence to campus members and local residents through various methods such as supporting events like fairs and admission briefings, protocol duties, modeling for video and print materials, blog reporter activities, and social media activities on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
