Dsquared2 Unveils 'Seumeopeu Capsule Collection'
Shinsegae International announced on the 26th that Dsquared2, which it imports and sells, has released a capsule collection in collaboration with the cartoon character "Smurf."
The Smurfs are characters created in 1958 by Belgian artist Pierre Culliford and gained worldwide popularity when they were aired as an American TV cartoon in the 1980s. With diverse and unique characters, they have conveyed positive messages globally and continue to be loved to this day.
The Smurf collection was launched with over 20 items including T-shirts, jackets, hoodies, hats, and shoes. It features cute Smurf characters combined with Dsquared2’s distinctive wit and humor.
The brand’s signature denim line consists of items suitable for transitional seasons, such as denim jackets, vintage-washed denim pants, and shirts. Characters are incorporated throughout the products to add a charming touch. Wearing the denim jacket and jeans together completes a trendy denim-on-denim fashion look.
The T-shirts and hoodies feature sleek designs with simple character and logo prints, available in white, gray, and black colors. They are offered in both men’s and women’s sizes, allowing for adorable couple looks.
Additionally, various accessories such as hats designed with Smurf characters, including ball caps and bucket hats, as well as canvas high-top sneakers, are also available. Price ranges are approximately 500,000 KRW for T-shirts, 1,100,000 to 1,500,000 KRW for hoodies, and 1,400,000 to 2,100,000 KRW for jackets.
