In October 2011, she purchased a building in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, under her name for 2.9 billion won. The building has a land area of 177㎡ and a total floor area of 474㎡, located near Seongsin Women's University Station on Seoul Subway Line 4, on the way to Seongsin Women's University.
At the time of purchase, the building was old and shabby, housing convenience stores and karaoke rooms, but after acquiring it, Han remodeled the building and leased all floors to Starbucks, transforming it into a Starbucks building.

Han sold the building in 2014 for 4.66 billion won, resulting in a capital gain of 1.76 billion won when simply comparing the purchase and sale prices.
Also, in December of the same year, Han purchased a building and land in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for 8.9 billion won. There, she demolished the old building and constructed a new five-story building, leasing it to Starbucks as well.
She sold this building in February 2020 for 17.35 billion won, with a capital gain reaching a whopping 8.45 billion won. Even considering the construction costs, the capital gain is estimated to be close to 6 billion won.
