Amano Korea held a sponsorship agreement ceremony with Choi Eun-woo and Kim Yeon-hee, who are active on the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, at the SECON security exhibition booth in Ilsan Kintex on the 29th. Both players will wear hats and clothing bearing the Amano logo during tournaments. They will actively promote the company and brand as ambassadors going forward.
Choi Eun-woo is in her 9th year since debuting on the KLPGA Tour in 2014. Last year, she demonstrated consistency by entering the ‘Top 10’ three times and ranked 34th in the prize money rankings. Choi said, "I am pleased to join Amano as a founding member," adding, "As I start with a new sponsor, I will do my best this season aiming for my first victory and repay with good results."
Kim Yeon-hee is a rookie making her regular tour debut this season. She secured a full tour card by ranking 12th in the 2022 Dream (2nd tier) Tour prize money rankings. Kim stated, "Since Amano trusts and supports me, I will strive to win the KLPGA Rookie of the Year award."
