"1++ with Flower Decoration" Andaz Hotel, New Spring Steak Menu
Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 24th that it will introduce a new spring menu at Jogakbo Meat & Co Steak House on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Offering authentic American-style steak with a modern touch, the dishes are beautifully colored with edible spring flowers and use 1++ grade meat to enhance the quality of the food.
The representative dishes among the new spring menu at Meat & Co Steak House include lamb chops served with mint yogurt sauce and smoked paprika, barbecue pork ribs topped with spring cabbage, and a vegan vegetable lasagna flavored with tomato, basil sauce, asparagus, eggplant, and mozzarella cheese. There are 4-course lunch sets, 4-course dinner sets, and ? la carte options available.
This promotion is available as either ? la carte or course set menus. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
