Escotos Consulting Appoints Jang Young-joo as Vice President of Health Communication Center
Strategic communication consulting firm 'Escotos Consulting' announced on the 23rd that it has officially established the 'Health Communication Center' and appointed Vice President Jang Young-joo as the head of the center.
Escotos Consulting has provided strategic communication services to bio companies such as Pfizer, Bayer, GSK, SK Bioscience, as well as government ministries including the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.
Vice President Jang Young-joo is a health communication expert with over 20 years of practical and academic experience in the communication field. She previously served as Director of External Cooperation at Pfizer Korea and Viatris Korea, and handled various projects in pharmaceuticals, bio, healthcare, consumer goods, food and beverage, IT, public institutions, and associations at the global communication consulting firm Edelman Korea.

She also contributed to the development of the domestic pharmaceutical industry and the improvement of public health through her activities on the External Cooperation and Communication Committee of the Korea Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry Association (KRPIA), and was recognized for her achievements with the Minister of Health and Welfare Award in 2018.
