Sejong University Opens 'Sejong Museum Gallery' at Daeyang AI Center
Sejong University announced on the 22nd that it has opened the 'Sejong Museum Gallery' at the Daeyang AI Center.
The Sejong Museum Gallery spans 140 pyeong and will host various exhibitions. For its opening exhibition, it will showcase works by artist Hyera, who organically combines ceramic fragments under the theme of 'Festival of Light and Color.'
Hyera's ceramic paintings express the primal and cyclical material conditions of earth elements such as fire, water, and clay, portraying a dazzling yet serene beauty. This exhibition will feature about 10 new works and 10 ceramic three-dimensional sculptures, as well as installations created in collaboration with a lighting artist.

A representative of the Sejong Museum Gallery stated, "We opened the gallery to expand the base of art culture through high-quality exhibitions and to contribute to the cultural development of local residents," adding, "We plan to present a free invitational exhibition featuring 20 artists selected this year."
