They will also prepare subordinate law amendments by collecting opinions from stakeholders. A ministry official stated, "We plan to consult with local governments to designate performing institutions by region and announce the amendment of enforcement ordinances in the first half of the year, which will include detailed criteria, procedures, and the composition and operation of the review committee." He added, "We will also follow procedures to gather opinions from roundtable meetings by art fields and regional certification processing institutions."

The ministry will also establish a regional artist support system that reflects local characteristics. They will discover customized support projects by region and create regional hubs to expand these initiatives. A ministry official said, "In the first half of the year, we plan to seek opinions from regional institutions such as metropolitan cultural foundations and explore plans to install and support a 'Regional Artist Support Center (tentative name).'"
