SPC Coffee@Works Unveils Fourth 'Engineered Coffee'
SPC's specialty coffee brand Coffee@Works announced on the 17th the launch of the fourth Engineered Coffee series product, 'Colombia La Macarena Red Bourbon.'
Engineered Coffee refers to coffee that embodies the expertise of professionals. SPC's coffee experts carefully select specialty-grade coffees processed using various techniques such as anaerobic fermentation, presenting them as a limited product series.
Colombia La Macarena Red Bourbon uses high-quality Red Bourbon variety coffee harvested from Piendam?, Cauca, Colombia. It features a complex fermentation process that includes anaerobic processing (a method that removes oxygen from the fermentation tank to maximize flavor) followed by an additional fermentation at room temperature. This results in flavor notes of orange, the sweetness of apricots soaked in brown sugar, and a vibrant rose aroma.
