Hyundai L&C Targets Premium Building Materials Market with New Products
Hyundai L&C is strengthening its attack on the premium building materials market by consecutively launching new high-end engineered stone and window products. Engineered stone is made using 100% pure high-quality natural mineral quartz, which reduces the risk of surface scratches and damage, and minimizes cracking or color imbalance issues that can occur in natural stone.
Hyundai L&C recently launched the high-end engineered stone product, the 'Opimo Collection.' Opimo is a product that combines the strengths of Italy's Breton with Hyundai L&C's domestic number one engineered stone brand, 'Kanstone.' It features the application of the characteristic 'layered pattern' of natural quartzite stone.
Along with Opimo, Hyundai L&C plans to accelerate its entry into the premium window market through the 'REHAU R-900,' jointly developed earlier this year with REHAU, one of Europe's top three polyvinyl chloride (PVC) window companies. The R-900 is the highest-grade product in the REHAU series. It incorporates a four-sided sealing function and a tilt function that opens the top part at an angle, providing comprehensive insulation, airtightness, soundproofing, and ventilation features.
