Hyundai Motor Signs MOU with Ministry of Employment and Labor and Bluehands
Hyundai Motor Company is partnering with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Bluehands to support the training of eco-friendly vehicle maintenance personnel in preparation for the reorganization of the future car market.
On the 15th, key stakeholders including Yoo Won-ha, Head of Hyundai Motor's Domestic Business Division, Kwon Ki-seop, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Lee Gyo-yeol, President of the General Bluehands Association, and Park Min-su, President of the Hyundai Maintenance Franchise Association, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the training of eco-friendly vehicle maintenance personnel at the Goyang High-Tech Center in Gyeonggi Province.
Hyundai Motor and the Ministry of Employment and Labor will establish a training program for eco-friendly vehicle maintenance targeting job seekers. They will support employment for graduates of the training program in connection with Bluehands, Hyundai Motor’s maintenance partner.
Specifically, Hyundai Motor will be responsible for ▲ identifying regional demand for eco-friendly vehicle maintenance personnel and related training program participation ▲ developing training program curricula ▲ supporting training instructor education. The Ministry of Employment and Labor will manage program operation, provide training expenses, and support the hiring and employment stabilization of program graduates. Bluehands plans to hire high-performing graduates as engineers in the future.
