Chevrolet to Operate Dedicated Call Center for Maintenance Reservations
Chevrolet announced on the 9th that it will operate a dedicated maintenance reservation call center starting this month. This is to enhance service convenience and strengthen customer communication in line with the expansion of imported products.
The Chevrolet maintenance reservation dedicated call center resolves the inconvenience of having to make maintenance reservations through each service network separately. With a single phone call, customers can select and book a nationwide service network. The dedicated maintenance reservation call center allows customers to check available service centers and maintenance schedules nationwide just by contacting them. The Chevrolet maintenance reservation dedicated call center operates daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Lee Yong-tae, Executive Director of GM Customer Care and Service Division, said, "The launch of the Chevrolet maintenance reservation call center has improved customer convenience by unifying reservations for over 400 service networks nationwide into a single dedicated call center."
Chevrolet provides professional and prompt vehicle solutions based on more than 400 service networks nationwide. In particular, in May last year, it was selected as an excellent call center for the 19th consecutive year in the '2022 Korea Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI)' organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
Additionally, Korea GM plans to strengthen the identity of the 'authentic American imported brand' in the domestic market this year and expand its lineup of imported premium products such as premium sport utility vehicles (SUVs) and pickup trucks.
To enhance services, the Seoul Service Center located in Yangpyeong-dong, Seoul, is being rebuilt, and the East Seoul Service Center is under construction as a state-of-the-art service center. As a large number of global models from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles are introduced, maintenance technology will be improved to provide industry-leading services.

GMC vehicle maintenance inquiries can be made through the GMC Premium Care Service Customer Center, and Cadillac inquiries can be made through the Cadillac Customer Center.
