Sono International, a subsidiary of Daemyung Sono Group that operates the Samaksan Cable Car, announced on the 8th that two of the cabins will be designated exclusively for pet owners, operating one cabin every 15 minutes. Pets allowed to board must be small dogs weighing less than 10 kg, and there is no additional fee.
When accompanied by pets, it is mandatory to wear a leash and a manner belt (pet diaper) for safety and hygiene in all facilities, including the cabin and the upper and lower stations. Use of bags, cages, or strollers is also permitted. Considering other customers, restaurants within the stations and the skywalk trail connected to the upper station will be restricted.
